PROJECT 1:
Size: 12’x20′
The materials used for the project are as follows:
Columns: 8″ pressure treated pine, sanded down for a lighter touch and feel. Looks less dark green as opposed to original color from manufacturer.
Beams, Rafters & Purlins: Made of authentic natural smooth cypress. The cypress that was harvested for this project was personally selected for Quality and the bark of the cypress was hand stripped for a smooth blonde finish.
Team Member is passing the palm fronds to the thatcher, the palms are hand selected for Quality. The thatch is individually thatched for a watertight finish.
The Tiki Hut was built to go over the house, this allows the water from rain to fall into the gutter and provide a dry year round living space. The client can go in and out of his house with No ISSUES from any sort of moisture.
The tips of the palm fronds were trimmed so as not to touch the roof of the house, this allows a small separation and lets the water from the rain run without damaging the thatch of the tiki hut.
This view is that of TIKI PARADISE. Needless to say, the owner is beyond happy and extremely satisfied. The tiki hut addition will allow him to enjoy his backyard area and even expand his outdoor living space all the while making it his own private OASIS!

Size:12’x14′
The Columns are made of Pressure Treated Posts, the beams, rafters, and purlins are all authentic cypress lumber. The top is thatched with natural sable palm fronds.
The tiki hut is a nice addition to this Rv Park. The Owner lives in an Rv Resort and wanted to have a nice tropical ambiance without the need to travel far. We layed it out, confirmed the size, submitted for permitting and arrived soon enough to build the ultimate tiki paradise right outside his motorhome coach.
These columns are made of pressure treated pine, but we converted it to look and resemble a bamboo stalk. This neat add-on definitely provides a tropical ambiance and makes his tiki hut truly unique!

We added a little extra, what is typically known as a bump out, this makes the 12 ft side look round, this is a true work of art!
